You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Method: Orders placed with Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. GapEnder.com reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on GapEnder.com.

 

    Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 2-Business-Day, Next Day and Saturday delivery options may not be available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. 

      

    You may be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

     

    GapEnder.com Gift Cards are not eligible for expedited shipping.

    Check Order Status and Track Shipments Online

    If you have a registered account with GapEnder.com, you will be able to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s). 

     

    If you do not have a GapEnder.com account yet, set one up under My Account. You may also track an order by entering your order number and billing zip code under Track Your Order.
