Returns & Exchanges

We Are Always Here To Help


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling, gift wrap and other charges. We will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange within this timeframe, provided it:


  • Is in new condition as received
  • Is in the original packaging
  • Hasn't been washed, worn or altered
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice
  • Is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned


    To return an item in its original condition, please contact us for further instructions.


    If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


    Except if we inadvertently send you the wrong item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We advise that you send your package back with a tracking option because will not be responsible for lost returns.


    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

    Allow Up to 2 Weeks to Process Your Return or Exchange

    It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Replacement: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Exchange:  If you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us for your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). 

    You will then be provided with return instructions. 


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


    To return your product, please contact us for your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).You will then be provided with return instructions. 


    You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because will not be responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
